The Challenge
QINT, a fully independent MEP Testing & HVAC Commissioning firm operating across Saudi Arabia, needed a digital presence that reflected the same precision and technical rigor they bring to Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB) and whole-building commissioning projects. The site had to speak to enterprise, government, and industrial clients across the Kingdom.
The Solution
I built a high-performance corporate platform using Next.js and GSAP, applying an 'Engineering Precision' design language — sharp grids, structured typography, and scroll-triggered animations that mirror the systematic nature of TAB and commissioning workflows. The architecture prioritizes fast load times and clean navigation across Services, Projects, and Handover Management sections.
